Visual Journal 4 continues my daily practice of recording life through drawing, handwriting and observation.
Created between September 2022 and February 2023, these pages capture the ordinary moments that so often become the most memorable: cafés, books, flowers, walks, travel, conversations, exhibitions and quiet reflections. Each spread was drawn directly into my sketchbook as life unfolded.
Every page is reproduced from the original journal, preserving the spontaneity, lettering and imperfections of the hand-drawn pages. Together they form a visual diary that celebrates paying attention to everyday life and finding beauty in the seemingly ordinary.
